Full Description

Our safety trainers deliver site inductions, technical safety training, and VOCs to ensure full compliance with the WHS Act 2020 and WHS (Mines) Regulations 2022. Develop and update instructional materials while maintaining accurate training records to support site safety and auditing requirements. Drive a "safety-first" culture by facilitating toolbox talks and contributing expertise to ICAM incident investigations and hazard assessments.

Key Qualifications & Requirements:

Minimum Certificate IV in work health and safety tertiary qualification
Sound knowledge of the applicable occupational health and safety acts and regulations
Incident and investigation experience using tools such as ICAM, TapRooT, etc.
Strong computer skills in MS Office Suite and exposure to hazard management tracking software
Australian Driver’s Licence
Proof of right to work in Australia (Birth Certificate / Passport / Visa)
TAE40122 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment
